These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Elias Pet website and your purchases. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing & Payments
Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
Transparent Pricing: The total price displayed at checkout is final. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges. 
Taxes: Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via trusted PCI-compliant gateways. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Territory: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not support international shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT).
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Estimated 3 – 6 Business Days.

4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a straightforward 14-day return window for eligible items.
Standard Items:You have the right to initiate a return for unused, unwashed, and resalable items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, pet beds, feeding bowls, or harnesses that have been used, worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@eliaspet.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a free replacement or full refund.

5. Return Costs & Restocking Fees
In the event of an eligible return, Elias Pet charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” or sizing returns on eligible items. If an item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, Elias Pet will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Elias Pet and is protected by United States copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts located in Bakersfield, California.
