  • Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Territory: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipping.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 14-day return window for eligible items.

  • Standard Items: You have the right to initiate a return for unused, unwashed, and resalable items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, pet beds, feeding bowls, or harnesses that have been used, worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@eliaspet.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

In the event of an eligible return, Elias Pet Shop charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items. If an item is defective or sent in error, we cover all return shipping costs.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Elias Pet Shop and is protected by United States copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law
